The central vision of the project was to achieve hidden gen within Burleigh Heads without being a large-scale beacon.

The prepared proposal was driven by the historical terrain of "Sugarbags" also known as "Jellurgal" and the carving of the wind that promotes the circulation pattern.

The embodiment of the Jellurgal Sugarbags hive is incorporated internally and at the heart of the building which is a historical reminder to the users.
